Dallas is wonderful and i will miss her when she leaves but that new girl Laurie seems like a great person to take over cant wait to get to know her as well. I would never ever use this place. Not only did they mess quite a few things up for my friend, we thought those problems were rectified until she personally dealt with the owner himself. He was completely unprofessional and abrasive with his attitude when he questioned why she was receiving a certain refund. Then he tried to charge her for something she already paid for. Experienced nothing but excellent service from Paul and the ladies that work here. However, in my last visit I had the misfortune of interacting with a man who informed me very rudely that he is the owner, Jose. In general, but specifically in customer service condescension doesn't sit well with people, just a heads up. Won't be back thanks to Jose!
I've been using Moss for years and they have always been very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond with each order. They check their work before printing. Their prices are better than OfficeMax/FedEx and they do so much more work on each project.
