I spoke with someone last Thursday, September 25,2025. She was very upbeat and she asked me to schedule a tour because I couldn’t do anything until I had a tour for the following Monday. She explained to me that they were under new management and that they were hoping to start off with a clean slate. poor experience all around. we have had a consistent leak throughout the two years we have been here, which has never been fully fixed. we’ve had bad mold, and excessive water damage which maintenance does not repair, after multiple requests to do so. request can takes multiple weeks to be completed, leaving our ceiling dripping and furthering the water damage.
The laundry room is horrible and just keeps getting worse day by day. You are probably better off going down to Spin City Laundromat to clean your clothes than actually using the laundry room on site Update- They finally got the company around to fixing the washers and dryers, so now it's not a fight over the machines. Hopefully this will stay the same and they get the fixed when they are broke instead of waiting for almost all of them to go down.
