I have nothing good to say about this place, the staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Our apartment had mold and where we reported a leak making the mold worse, management did nothing. The ac hardly worked and the office would tell us we weren’t allowed to have the ac bellow 73°. We also had a car broken into and the office acted like we were crazy when we asked if any of the cameras caught it because the cameras apparently don’t work??
Office staff totally ignores the drug/homeless population that migrates to the 400 building. Can’t even use the stairs without seeing people passed out/high from drugs over there. Plus they leave the area disgusting with trash.
Cheap rent decent location. Not very well maintained. The apartment I got shortly after moving in smelled terribly of dog piss and shit. Spent most of my time cleaning. Walls are not very thick can hear neighbors. If your looking for a cheap place centrally located, and don't care about appearances then sure decent place other than that look else where. Addition to my review, A/C systems do not have a dehumidifier integrated into them so make sure to buy one that way you dont get mold toxicity after 3 month like I did.
The A/C problem was fixed the same day the technician came.
The exterior of the building is adorable; upon entering the building the reception area had beautiful decor. The lady leasing agent was welcoming & she was very thorough in explaining their requirements for applying for an apt.; she also gave me info on some apts nearby, since I am timid about applying online I decided to take her advice about the latter. Thank you so much for your help today.
