This place is truly HORRIBLE to live in. It's infested with cockroaches, and management does absolutely nothing to fix it. I even had cockroaches in my pillows—it was disgusting. The administration is simply washing its hands of these problems.Additionally, the pool has never been in good condition. It's covered in algae and is generally in very poor condition. Cheap rent decent location. Not very well maintained. The apartment I got shortly after moving in smelled terribly of dog piss and shit. Spent most of my time cleaning. Walls are not very thick can hear neighbors. If your looking for a cheap place centrally located, and don't care about appearances then sure decent place other than that look else where.
About this maintenance
The number of extra steps and 3rd party companies required to actually move in is insane. The trash pickup is unreliable. It's mid-June and the pool still isn't open. The walkways never get cleaned. The apartment itself is fine.
Before I could even move in I was disappointed. The management team is unprofessional. They try to rush you off the phone with foolish excuses on. They redirect you to other employees but when you ask when will the other employees be available they act like they don’t know where they at or what time they will be there. They canceled 2 tours on me. It’s so clear they just try to rush whoever they could in an apartment & they don’t care about somebody’s well being.
