Awesome dentist (Dr. Owens) but their bookkeeping is antiquated. For balances due, they don't mail statements or have an e-pay option at their web site so the only option is to pay over the phone. Not very secure.
My son broke a tooth. He tripped and fell. Dr Owen placed a filling and had such great bed side manners especially since it was my child’s first filling ever! Recommended 100%!
Dr. Owen is a dentist that cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond to help you with any concerns or problems with your teeth. His entire staff including the front office manager are very polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this office. He is my dentist so I'm speaking from personal experience, Rick Karres
I had my visit with Will yesterday to have 4 fillings put in. I come back in July for cleaning. These 4 fillings only took 30 minutes pretty much. He numbed me up. He was very easy with me He was very gentle His assistant I think her name was Renee Both were awesome Will and Renee Both gentle He did not have to numb me up on each of the four spots in my mouth except 1 time per spot meaning he did not have to re-lidocaine me. He got it right the first time. I congratulate them both on this. Awesome job. See y'all in July
Dr. Owen alone is a fantastic dentist. However be careful what you sign my son accidently missed his appointment and they are charging a $125 missed fee! I do not even think a cleaning cost that much!! However they cancelled my husband's appointment last minute within hours not once but twice so I am assuming I can collect $250 from them after he missed work not once but twice. Not sure about them but if we don't work we don't get paid. I am definitely finding a new family dentist.
