Se supone que pagué gel para que me dure más, me lo realicé el domingo y ya se está levantando, que pena, pensaba en ser una cliente frecuente, incluso dejé pasar que la señorita me haga sangrar la cutícula durante el proceso, durante varias ocasiones, pero encima de eso, el trabajo no dura y pagué como 100, pésimo servicio!!!!

Called day before to make an appointment and the same day to confirm the appointment for a pedicure. At the time of the appointment no personal is aware that there is an appointment and few people are ahead of you. When you call same number to ask what has happened they answer with same voice “the lady stepped outside, call back in 2 minutes” and then block your number. What a BS. What business does that!? Buy.

Nice and courteous ambiance. I am a client of many years, have had Gel manicures, pedicures, wax services and overall am very pleased.

I went for a gel manicure. The lady’s were sweet and took me right away. But the lady was taking an excruciatingly long time and the nails were looking horrible!! All sheer and patchy. I showed them and they agreed it was horrible so finally they got someone decent to do my nails and after a hour and a half in the store I left with ok nails. If you’re in a rush or want a professional job this is not the right place. A store that values its customers does not charge this much for bad service.
