I can't share enough how much I appreciate and am grateful for Moss Miata. I've bought several parts for my 2001 SE, from brakes, a new convertible top, to a fuel pump. Their customer service was very helpful when I ordered the wrong parts (wrong size brakes - I had bought the regular size rather than the big brake kit). They accepted my return and I ordered new ones. So far, quality parts and I've saved a lot of money as compared to going to a shop, dealer, or site. Thank you, Moss Miata <3

30+ years using Moss, 20 as a dealer buying for my classic car business and getting noticeably worse every time. Sent wrong parts, but I have to pay shipping to return? Though I can prove I own my home they refuse to ship my business purchases here forcing me to sit around an office I rarely go to for hours on end, no exceptions! None of my vendors across the globe require this! Good news is other suppliers are out there so this will be good for them! Spent roughly $250 for parts. They came but when I opened the box, not a single part was correct in my order. I called Moss up to ask about and they said to fill out the return forms and ship back everything. Except I have to pay for shipping to return their fuxk-up, who does that? Punish the customer for the seller's mistake.
