Absolute thieves!!! Parts were in stock so I put order through. As soon as my payment cleared they emailed me to say parts not in stock. I requested my money back and they will not refund me. I am now $191 out of pocket thanks to these lying thieves
Not 100% sure it's not a scam, tried putting in an order and used my master card for payment. A $1 USD payment was deducted from my account, then I received an email claiming to be from Moss Motors Sales stating the $1 deduction was just to verify my card was real but to actually pay for the item I would have to forward my 3 digit CVC number. I replied asking if another form of payment was possible i.e PayPal. Never heard back. Definitely sounds suss.
I have contacted Moss customer service multiple times trying to fill a warranty claim on a Robbins top for my Miata. I have not received a single response despite multiple attempts at contacting them for nearly 2 months. I have submitted tickets, e-mails, and have called multiple times where the person will transfer me to a "specialist" which only leads to a voicemail box. Moss lost me as a customer of 30 years over a $50 dollar credit. Echoing what others here have noted, since Moss was sold to an investor group, customer service has declined tremendously. Long story short- they would not give me a credit for some parts that I accidentally purchased duplicates of because the return period had expired. The parts were purchased during the pandemic and I only got around to installing them recently, at which point I discovered that I had purchased 2x what i needed.
