I have contacted Moss customer service multiple times trying to fill a warranty claim on a Robbins top for my Miata. I have not received a single response despite multiple attempts at contacting them for nearly 2 months. I have submitted tickets, e-mails, and have called multiple times where the person will transfer me to a "specialist" which only leads to a voicemail box. Moss lost me as a customer of 30 years over a $50 dollar credit. Echoing what others here have noted, since Moss was sold to an investor group, customer service has declined tremendously. Long story short- they would not give me a credit for some parts that I accidentally purchased duplicates of because the return period had expired. The parts were purchased during the pandemic and I only got around to installing them recently, at which point I discovered that I had purchased 2x what i needed. Used this company for the past 10-15 years, changed owners customer service is non-existant now and rude, told me times change we do not accept phone calls for technical support anymore, send request online like you do with tax department requests!!! I wouldn't buy from them again... maybe if they change owners again...
