I went in for brake pads, I was escorted home by their personal driver! Job was done less that 2 hours! Service was great, I had a loyalty discount! Even better! Thanks for the great customer service to my service provider and service techs! Thanks for all you do!

This was this worst experience . Had a 7:30am scheduled appointment car was first in lin line for service when I called to check on my vehicle the receptionist was more worried about a $210.00 fee for services than the appointment they had scheduled for 7:30am and my car was not even pulled in the shop to be checked at 11:30am arrived at facility at 1:00 pm my vehicle was parked in the gravel in the sun the person responsible for locating the keys had to obtain assistance to locate the keys and of course nothing was done to ... read more
