I took our Avalon in to Moss Motors for an inspection and new wiper blades . They were as always very friendly and had my car ready in a timely fashion.
Awesome folks. Friendly, honest, and caring!!! So glad they were recommended.
They have been keeping all my vehicles in top shape for about 30 years. Once they are out of warranty they go to Moss.Best service, best advice and best people to work with. Never had a problem from an oil change to major engine work. Everyone that has worked there during that time has been top notch.
We only take our vehicles here (unless we HAVE to take it to the dealership). They make it so easy and communicate with us every step of the way. The office staff is extremely friendly, and their mechanics are professional. I'm so glad we have them in Kerrville.
I have used Moss Motors for many years. Just went today to get my car inspected. They make a whole $7 on this. Like a dummy I didnt have my proof of insurance. They called my insurance company and had them fax over my insurance card so I would not have to make another trip. I watched them do the same thing for someone else while I was there. Great bunch of folks!

i have been going to Moss ever since i moved here in 2004, every time i go in it is like i havent seen them in for ever. yesterday i went in just to get my car inspected and they treated me like their best friend and in a timely manner my car was ready to go. Thanks to all of you at Moss for looking after me.
