I have contacted Moss customer service multiple times trying to fill a warranty claim on a Robbins top for my Miata. I have not received a single response despite multiple attempts at contacting them for nearly 2 months. I have submitted tickets, e-mails, and have called multiple times where the person will transfer me to a "specialist" which only leads to a voicemail box. The parts were never delivered. Subsequent inquiry went unanswered. Edit: Again, the parts were never delivered. I paid for delivery and had to drive & wait 45min. in line for customer service, TO PICK THE PARTS FROM THE DEPOT. THE PARTS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. MOSS committed fraud by selling a service they never intended to deliver.
