Koby was fast and thorough with his diagnosis. Gotta’ love that. He’s also a good guy and you can tell he’s committed to treating my systems like they were his own. If you’re not on a maintenance plan, get on theirs. Totally worth it.
Tanner Hall is a sweetheart. We were having some issues with the AC unit. I called on a Monday and he was out there Tuesday. Did a deep clean and got it working. Sadly, we started having some issues again, as we needed a certain part and it wasn’t going to hold up. I called tanner right before 5 and he came out as an emergency right after. Talked with my boss, and helped him understand what was going on, came up with a game plan and made sure that everything was taken care of the next morning.
