RecommendedI found Moss Masters in 2016 and hired Sam to clean my roof of moss and clean the gutters. Sam is very friendly, hard worker and has very reasonable pricing. We were happy with his work and are using him again this year.

Waiting to hear from them regarding a problem with the gutter cleaning. We contacted thumbtack, where we found them, and haven't heard word 1 in over 2 months. Ridiculous.
Still waiting for a promised refund from months and months ago... Keeps saying he will pay me and never has. Stay away from this company. Did a horrible job on the deck. There was a splash on one side and both sides were different color than each other. Paid before I returned home from a trip *because he had kids to feed* Super crooked and I'm probably going to have to go to court to get refunded. Stay away from this business.

I am glad that I called Moss Masters. Nowadays I have very low expectations from people. Whether it is punctuality, quality of work, inflated prices etc., you get the idea. Today Sam came out and was the real deal. This is the kind of guy that you want doing what needs to be done. Do yourselves a favor the next time you need a PROFESSIONAL, give him a call. You can thank me/him later lol!

I received a notice from my HOA that I needed to get the moss off my roof by the end of June or I would be fined. I cleaned off the very limited moss from my lower peak (what my ladder would reach) and hired Sam, Moss Masters, to come out to clean off the rest for a reasonable price. When he came out to clean it off, he got up there and the only moss that was up there he was able to brush off with his bare hands.
