Be prepared to wait an hour for them to get ahold of them. They don't respond to emails and they don't call you back.
What a horrible experience! I was on hold for 21 minutes and when someone finally answered, she said she could not hear me. Last Friday, another person told me the same thing, the hold was over 20 minutes, and she had to hang up so she could answer another call.

Please add a easier to make payments to your company...a 30 min.wait doesn't not work for people who are working and trying to pay
