The debt firm wanted me to settle and I sent in my payment on time. Every month they sent me a letter to say something would be coming out of the account. Now, they say they "accidentally" put the wrong address for my reciept letter. Staff did not care nor were they respectful and they laughed as I told them the urgency that I needed the letter to be sent to wrong address.
I was very nervous about paying my debt through this company because of the horrible reviews, but my experience was actually great. I filled out the contact form on their website, and they contacted me, helped me get my debt paid off, and the representative I spoke with was very nice. I did notice they sometimes have a different phone number listed on Google versus their official website, so try both if you have trouble reaching them. Be prepared to wait an hour for them to get ahold of them. They don't respond to emails and they don't call you back.
What a horrible experience! I was on hold for 21 minutes and when someone finally answered, she said she could not hear me. Last Friday, another person told me the same thing, the hold was over 20 minutes, and she had to hang up so she could answer another call.
