Steve Moss has the sharpest landscaping mind on the planet!
Had an issue with water one year on a walkway that moss installed years ago. He is hard to get on the phone. He doesn't return phone calls and when he did come out to look at the problem, said he would rectify the issue and never showed up or called again. It was such a headache that I gave up in the end.
