Very bad management. Kids can't play any kind of ball. Some people lie about income to get in and are smoking weed in their home, ut it comes through the walls. . Try to alert management, and they say ok, got it. Nothing is done. It's not a good place to live at all.
There's a roof over a lot of people's head so I would say this is a good place to live.
New owners have ridiculous rules. No one can play out front, or our back if it's even related to a sport. Kids can't be out alone if they're under 13. The Karen's and Ken's are making it miserable here. They stand outside taking pictures of your kids to report you. They're so miserable. And then rent is going up to $2400. Move somewhere else and save your kids from being harassed.
