Really nice place to live, very quite, a variety of tenants, janitorial services on site, the lady keeps the place clean, the price is affordable. The only issue is extra parking very limited.

Worst management, mail package thieves, only limited laundry machines that are always broken, parking around the area is very limited.

Terrible communication. I was trying to get an apartment that was available and wanted information and they never returned my emails or phone call. I like to communicate before going in and wasting gas. Although the site said available but housing goes fast in San Diego and I wanted to be sure. Now I'm stuck back at square one looking for a new place. This place was right in my budget range and everything.
