This is my 4th time trying to make a review. These apts are very nice . Spacious and comfortable. Nice place to live for the most part of it . COMPLAINTS ! ROACHES ARE A PROBLEM HERE. GETTING WORSE. ORKID IS NOT KILLING THE ROACHES HERE. I dont know why they cant get a grip on this issue. THEY ONLY COME 6 MONTHS OUT OF A YEAR. EVEN WHEN THEY COME THEY JUST SQUIRT A COUPLE OF SQUIRTS IN BATHROOM AND KITCHEN . WE ALL HAVE ROACHES IN EVERY ROOM. THEY DONT ADDRESS TO FIND THE NEST. . The manager and service coornaider is shady. I live there for ten years they evicted. For $140 when we didnt have a mànager for five weeks That was extra money. My tent was paid on time. You would not like it It has a high turn around in there. Beware
I still live here and I enjoyed my time here.
My son really liked this place when he first seen it.He has Autism and we looked for a suitable place with so much access,meaning a Church he could attend within steps,the bank around the corner 3 minute walk ,grocery store 3 minute walk and bus access to get to and from other places he would need to go.
