Everything at Moss family was amazing. The dentist were very careful and calming as i am not the best patient! There was no wait time which i never have experienced at a dentist office. From in the door to in a chair in about 2 minutes. The best!! Highly would recommend
I got thrush after the first time I went there
The staff is very friendly. Diane cleaned my teeth with care, realizing that I have sensitive teeth and gums. My teeth felt clean, but my gums weren't throbbing afterwards. I saw Dr. Andrea and she has the sweetest personality. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking for a dentist office that cares about their patients. I am disappointed to be ending my relationship with this office over a $45 cancellation fee, which was charged despite my providing prior notice. As a consistent patient, I expected a level of professional courtesy that was not extended in this instance. It is unfortunate that the practice prioritizes rigid fee structures over long-term patient loyalty.
