Love the staff!
I am disappointed to be ending my relationship with this office over a $45 cancellation fee, which was charged despite my providing prior notice. As a consistent patient, I expected a level of professional courtesy that was not extended in this instance. It is unfortunate that the practice prioritizes rigid fee structures over long-term patient loyalty.
This business called the police on my wife and I for parking overnight in their parking lot, so we got a knock on our windows at 7:30AM which was well before any businesses in the plaza were scheduled to open. I am not sure why they felt the need to call the police since we would have been out of there before 9AM had they just left us alone. Avoid this place and their parking lot at all costs. Completely heartless people who don’t care about other people.
