"I had a fantastic experience at Moss Creek Orthopedic Urgent Care after re-injuring my knee. Instead of waiting for hours in a crowded hospital emergency room, I walked right in and was seen by an orthopedic specialist almost immediately. The staff was professional, kind, and efficient. They took an X-ray on-site. Highly recommend them!"
I went in to find out what was wrong with my shoulder. Everything started great with them working with me to find an MRI place that took my insurance. They told me that I would get a phone call about the results. I waited two weeks before I showed up to the office wondering why I didn't receive a call. They claimed to have called, but I didn't receive a voicemail for any missed calls from them. We went here while we were on vacation in HHI because my husband was having severe pain in his right hip. After xrays, we met with Ashley (the PA) who was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We got some Rxs to help get him through our vacation and we sought a more permanent solution when we got back home. They were all very kind and helpful there. Would definitely recommend!
