I worked with this company for years, always appreciated the good service, even though they were not the most affordable. They represented me individually AND my company for years. The problem occurred when I sold my company. Only after the sale it came out that back taxes from company profits didn’t get paid by the company, and were therefore owed by me personally. When I brought it to their attention, they said “we’ll look into it” and never did. $30,000 mistake I had to pay out of my own pocket.
