I just got off the phone with a secretary who ignored my requests for an email address to send my case info to and was eventually called back by a lawyer who told me she wasn't trying to do any work, that I would have to have the documentation and doctor's notes and testing done to my water, at my own expense, for them to file the paperwork and collect their fee... I am going to choose a different law firm and so should you.
This was my first time needing to use a personal injury law firm, being referred to Moss & Colella by a niece. They were few easy to deal with, kept updated on how things were going with my lawsuit against the other driver and insurance company. Will definitely call them if I ever need to in the future.
