Warning scam, beware of charges!! I came in for their new patient special for $59 that included “Chiropractic exam/ treatment and 1 hour massage, 30 minute new patient consultation, spinal exam, initial adjustment, and x-rays if warranted.” I finally got someone from their billing department on the phone and my charges beyond the $59 are at least $240 and counting but she could not or oddly enough would not give me a total. This place is a mess. I showed up for my second appointment and not only did they not have record of my appointment they didn't have record of me ever being there (which was the week before.) They called and said I missed an appointment at a time I never had any appointments scheduled. They never forwarded the massage clinic the paperwork I needed to get insurance to cover the massages that they prescribed. Love Dr. Moss, Wow, I hurt my lower back she has been amazing. She knew just how to adjust me, what strength exercises would help get better. I went in almost not being able to walk and I left almost pain free. I still have a ways to go before I'm better but I know I'm in great hands. Her staff is so nice, helpful and caring I wouldn't go anywhere else

I too had a billing problem but learned later that there was an issue with a dishonest employee. The problem was resolved once the source of the problem was discovered. Best Chiropractic Clinic around! – I have been going to Moss Chiropractic for many years. I have had nothing but positive experiences there. The office is so casual and open. The staff is very friendly and there is always time for the patients. They will make time for you and take time for you. Everyone is very easy to talk to and is always ready to listen and help. Poor Billing – After being struck by a drunk driver I went to Moss chiropractic and almost 3 years later after everything had been settled with the insurance companies, I was sent a collection notice.
