I want to start by saying, if you're looking to trade in or buy new this is the dealership to go to! We were due to go to the Hemet location we had an appointment, showed up waited 20 minutes, and got no service whatsoever. So may day started out great until I had this terrible experience at Moss Bros Toyota dealership in Moreno Valley. I've never been so insulted in my life! Very bad experience, on Tuesday I went to see a 2021 sienna and at the time we could not make a deal,I put my conditions and they told me that they will analyze the deal so they spoke to me the next day proposing an offer and we reached a deal after 3 calls the seller told me that it was perfect to go and I went back to Moreno Valley and I live in Anaheim when I arrived they did not give me the deal after one hour, they offered me very different ones and also the sienna that they had put at a discount at the moment they chan... read more
