Nice when purchasing the Jeep. Then crickets. Taking days to get the loan. funded Did not know it was not approved before leaving with the Jeep. I was shown credit union on my document. They said, "This is your credit union." You need the name and address of the credit union for the insurance purposes. I got a letter from my insurance stating that the original lender had sold the loan. I had to go in to talk about upgrades and when that'd be done. am so disgusted by the business practices that this place has in place to straight up STEAL people's hard earned money! My sister (single mom of 2 AWESOME kids!), Took her less than a year after purchase vehicle a couple days ago, due to some knocking sound in the engine that just started. With 3000 more miles before warranty was up, she figured the financial impact wouldn't be too severe on her.
