Been doing business with them for over 15 years, bought 4 vehicles, but disappointed on how I was treated like I'm trying to steal from the trash bin when it came to service. Which i like, but noticed 3 issues after i drove off the lot since i didn't have time to perform a full body scan. Made an online appointment to get an oil change. Put in my vehicle year make and model. Also had a coupon that said Toyotas and any location, clearly in the fine print. When I get there they tell me can’t be done at that location. Lied to my face and told me it said so on the other side of the coupon. There is no other side. Don’t waste your time with these clowns
Truck has been here 8 months . They can’t repair it , they actually damaged it dented the truck I discovered this when I picked up the truck to take it elsewhere for repair. They won’t pay for the repair they want to fix it there which is absurd because they can’t even do a proper diagnosis on a car and complain about “ how busy they are” and that’s the reason they haven’t fixed truck . Mind you this is a brand new 2025 truck with 6k miles ! When I have corporate call they can’t even get a hold of the dealer
