Truck has been here 8 months . They can’t repair it , they actually damaged it dented the truck I discovered this when I picked up the truck to take it elsewhere for repair. They won’t pay for the repair they want to fix it there which is absurd because they can’t even do a proper diagnosis on a car and complain about “ how busy they are” and that’s the reason they haven’t fixed truck . Mind you this is a brand new 2025 truck with 6k miles ! When I have corporate call they can’t even get a hold of the dealer

If I was to explain this dealership with just three words I would say, unprofessional, dishonest and flippant. Let me explain. I inquired online about a vehicle that they said they had in stock at the Riverside location. I spoke to someone by the name of Jett who called me moments after I inquired online. He was very eager to get me to come down and look at the vehicle which mind you was on a weekday and on a rainy day. Great Service. Actually opened up the doors again for after having closed so that I could pick up my Jeep. I had gotten off work late wasn't sure if I was going to make it on time before service/repairs closed. Upon arrival they had already closed the service area but there were a couple employees still there. I was about 15 to 20 minutes past closing. The two employees still there were nice enough to open the doors because they recognized me and got my car for me.
