Made an online appointment to get an oil change. Put in my vehicle year make and model. Also had a coupon that said Toyotas and any location, clearly in the fine print. When I get there they tell me can’t be done at that location. Lied to my face and told me it said so on the other side of the coupon. There is no other side. Don’t waste your time with these clowns
Truck has been here 8 months . They can’t repair it , they actually damaged it dented the truck I discovered this when I picked up the truck to take it elsewhere for repair. They won’t pay for the repair they want to fix it there which is absurd because they can’t even do a proper diagnosis on a car and complain about “ how busy they are” and that’s the reason they haven’t fixed truck . Mind you this is a brand new 2025 truck with 6k miles ! When I have corporate call they can’t even get a hold of the dealer

If I was to explain this dealership with just three words I would say, unprofessional, dishonest and flippant. Let me explain. I inquired online about a vehicle that they said they had in stock at the Riverside location. I spoke to someone by the name of Jett who called me moments after I inquired online. He was very eager to get me to come down and look at the vehicle which mind you was on a weekday and on a rainy day.
