Driving to St. Louis and had brake issues in Tennessee. Called my mechanic back in Alpharetta, Ga. (Moss Automotive) to ask advice, and they find an auto shop in the city I'm near, call them, explain what's going on and then send me the address and name of the person I need to connect with. Now, THAT'S service above and beyond!

I first went to Moss for advice on a used car purchase for my daughter, he was so honest with me and saved me a ton of money. I took my daughters car to him this past summer and again he advised me right while another repair shop wanted to charge me for things she didn't even need done.
