Worse of the worse. He stole half of my stuff that he promise to keep till I came back within a week to pick up. My moving truck was not big enough for all my stuff. He then sent me a letter stating I destroyed his place and was keeping my stuff for payment towards fixing it. Liar! I cleaned and made that place better. It smelled of black mold throughout and had mice and bugs galore! I even kept my yard in pristine shape. He'll take your money, and pull a legal letter on you threatening you.
