We're having the same issue. They are not responding to emails or calls and have stopped showing up. They don't respond to respray requests (their policy is to respray within 24 hours) either. We submitted a cancellation request, and they didn't respond to that either. They are MIA.
I've had the same experience as many of the reviewers below. The company has now missed mosquito treatments after I paid up front. I've now tried for weeks to get in touch with them via email and phone call and haven't received a response. I'm now looking to cancel my service but can't even get a response on that. Extremely frustrating.
Do not use this company! They have gone completely MIA! And taken all the customers money for the Seasonz Services (2026) Not responding to any emails text or phone calls. Also check the recent ratings - very bad.
I cannot believe this business has treated long time customers like this. As with many of the recent comments, I have been with this business for years with no issues so when I was asked to sign the contract and prepay as usual, I had no qualms about it. Had I known that the owner was going to ghost me and no longer answer emails/phone calls not to mention no longer provide the service, I would have not prepaid. We have used MosquitoTek for several years and they used to be great. Since the last service on June 4th, they have not responded to any calls or texts since then. So, I'm assuming I've lost the prepaid plan amount for the rest of the year.
