Used them for years and they were great until this year. No communications, no one answers the phone when you call and they completely dropped the ball on my service renewal for this season so I had to find another company. Left messages for 2 months and only got one message returned and it said Brenden would send the contract and then didnt hear back from him again ever since. Multiple emails and phone calls with no response. Terrible Customer Service.
Purchased a package with this company. They do NOT come out when they are scheduled. You cannot get ahold of anyone. I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no answer. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. It’s a complete scam.
These guys used to be reliable and actually control our mosquito problem. We've used them for years and been happy. BUT something has happened! They no longer show up as scheduled. They don't respond to phone calls. And on those occasion when they have actually showed up and sprayed, it has often been ineffective. We will not be using them next season for sure
Have used this company for years. All of sudden they’ve fallen off the face of the earth. Not answering calls. Not showing up for services. It’s been three weeks since I started calling almost daily to get in touch with them. On to the next pest control service
We have used Mosquito Tek for several years and were always happy with their service. Last summer, I prepaid for all the treatments left in the season when I signed up. Fewer service visits were conducted due to weather, yet no credit was issued for the treatments that weren't completed. I have tried contacting the company a number of times to resolve this issue (multiple emails messages, voicemail messages, and the online messaging system on their website) with no response.
