We started using Mosquito Squad last year and I wish I started using them earlier. We are in the country with a woods and a million mosquitos. We have virtually none now. The best thing is that if you even start to get mosquitos before the next treatment, they will come out and take care of you. You called us 4 days before your event - we advised that typically we do 2 treatments before events, one the week before and one the week of - we're dealing with nature and that's what it takes to get pests under control. Due to the time constraints we came out and did one application to at least get some relief for you before your event. This was all explained to you during your initial call. We have been with Mosquito Squad for 2 years now. Their customer service is first-rate! They actually care about us being satisfied, as well as, safe in our own yard. If we are having mosquito issues before our scheduled spray, they will come out & spray again for extra coverage. They are very flexible with scheduling. Also, when the "spray guys" comes out, they are very professional, efficient & work fast to get everything covered. Love Mosquito Squad!! Mosquitos were swarming us this spring. Hired them and no more mosquitos! We had a bon fire and no mosquitos! They came again to continure the treatment. Yesterday after all the rains I called and told them that I think we have a hatching because they were swarming again. Planned on having a bon fire. They came back today and sprayed again. Wow!! I am a fairly new customer to Mosquito Squad (Waukesha location), and I cannot say enough good about their product, delivery and customer service! I have worked with two mosquito spray companies in the past, and Mosquito Squad is BY FAR the best service we've ever had. We were initially drawn in by the natural spray product, and we love it! LOVE IT! It is a joy to work with such a responsive and caring company. We would highly recommend them!

They rescheduled 4 times in one week, knew we had an outdoor party this needed to be done for, and never showed up. We called and confirmed several times that they would be able to do our yard before our party and they waited until the very end of the day, the night before our party to tell us they didn't make it out and we're just out of luck. Don't waste your time with Mosquito Squad! So disappointed that we wasted our time and money on nothing.
