Also acknowledging that the company went out of business very soon after taking my payment for a summer of services. No refund and no treatments.
The franchise group emailed me that they went out of business, taking my $455 in services not yet rendered with them. I was to expect a refund in 4-6 weeks. Now they won't respond to my emails asking where my refund is. And they advertise Mosquito Squad as the most trusted in the business?
They've been great, super responsive when we have rain and the mosquitoes get bad, and they are a pleasure to deal with. Desiree did a great job getting back to me on the same day I had a concern and they were back out there right away. I'll be using them for years to come.
Makes being outside bearable!
