Terrible customer service. They mention a 90% reduction in mosquitoes after first treatment but that was not the case for us. We didn't see any improvements in our yard. Spoke to Emily on the phone about our 2nd treatment. Expressed to her that the technician did not spray trees and shrubs in our front yard. Our cameras clearly show he went straight to backyard and didn't treat any of our trees & shrubs in the front. Maybe that's why the first treatment was ineffective. We were in Europe when I received a message that our lawn had been treated. I was very confused as I didn’t sign up for the season. Once we got home I called them to ask what gives. The gal I talked to said they sent emails in January letting ppl know they’d be treating their lawns. I told her I never received it. She then said others mentioned their emails were in their junk file. I don’t scan junk mail if I don’t have a reason to. This isn’t the way a business should operate. After the third time, I hope our bugs are gone or at least minimized. I appreciate your returning to our house multiple times. It seems that the job could have been done right the first time.
