I used this company 2 years ago and found that they wouldn't and didn't stick to the schedule we agreed on and paid in advance. I gave them a second chance! Being in the customer service business, I am so disappointed in the breech of contract. They are suppose to come to my home every 2 weeks, that turned into 2 1/2, that now has turned into 3 weeks. Now, I cannot enjoy my backyard because they insist on applying on a Monday. I would NOT recommend this company due to their lack of caring when I call. The sad part is....the... read more
We have used this great service for the last 2 years. We love that our dogs have not any ticks and we know they are safe. We have been able to stay out after dusk and enjoy our fire pit. It’s a service we would never consider not having! Deb Babson mass
