We used Mosquito Mike in 2025 for the first time and are definitely keeping them on next year. From initial communication via phone and email and the technicians who come to the house. Everyone is super professional, seem to really care about providing a great service and want their customers to be happy. We also (importantly) felt the spraying worked. And the text message alerts were great so we could bring our dogs inside. Thank you for being great Mosquito Mike! See you in the spring.
I was not going to post details, but with the comment, I will. This is Melissa, not Doreen. I did not have special accommodations, I was a separate account. Please review the calls and you will see that your managment needs to be trained. The sprayers themselves were always great.
Mosquito Mike is so professional. They text to let you know when they will be coming to spray. They arrive and get right to work. The person puts on their spray pack and starts spraying everything. They even spray up in the trees that I have in the yard. They don't miss anything. I can actually enjoy my yard now without having to worry about getting bit. I love it.
Mosquito Mike's is a great company. All the technicians are respectful. Trevor is so thoughtful and caring of our dogs, when he is here he will always flip over the outside dog bowl.
