The merchant contacted me as an ongoing customer to suggest a yearly rate vs. monthly rate. I agreed and submitted the yearly payment. The merchant has continued to bill my credit card the monthly rate for 3 months. I have called repeatedly and the merchant will not answer the phone or return a call. Also, the contract if for a 'monthly' service. The merchant has been to my house 2 times in 2017 and both times I had to call and request service.
