I have nothing but great things to say about Zoey, Erica, and Ryann! Their customer service is always above and beyond. Every time I call, they are friendly, patient, helpful, and always make sure I’m taken care of. They genuinely care about their customers, and it really shows. They always go the extra mile to help and make every interaction a positive one. Amazing customer service all around!
I called to have my property sprayed for mosquitoes on a Monday as I am getting married and its one time event. THey said they would let me know when they can come. NOW Thursday and 2 days before my wedding I called back and they said oh we cant do it. I spoke to the same guy on Monday today and he said oh they cant do it now. Could they have called me on the same day to let me know when they said they would call me back. Nope they didn't. He said oh I just saw the notes. Stephane did an amazing job spraying my property! He was incredibly thorough, didn’t miss a single spot, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. He was also very kind and professional. By far one of my favourite technicians I’ve ever had. Great job, Stephane! Your attention to detail really stood out. Definitely recommend!
We discovered a "soccer ball sized" yellowjacket nest in our backyard shed in Ottawa and gave Mosquito Man a call. Karan, the technician, arrived and had the nest neutralized and removed within an hour. A very professional job. We hope to never need their services again, but if the need arises, we will be calling them.
We love Travis! We highly recommend him, 10/10. He was extremely thorough with our entire property, communicated clearly throughout the service, and made sure everything was taken care of. Excellent experience each time!!
