I called on a Friday told them I have a mosquito emergency. By Wednesday I hadn’t heard anything and no spraying had been done so I canceled the deal. Of course they called and said they had me scheduled for the next day, but by then I lost trust and it was too late. Don’t recommend them. they even use an obnoxious artificial intelligence system to answer questions and make reservations saying “I’ll get your information back to the team” and nothing seems to happen.
The team is always courteous and responsive. They have always given me great value for my service. if I had any influx of mosquitos due to whether or the like they immediately scheduled an extra service to get it under control.
It is wonderful to walk in our yard without getting eaten up by mosquitos and black flies in our cats food. Makes being outside relaxing again.
Over the last seven years we have used two mosquito companies. Over time both companies’ customer service became very poor. And the techs Changed frequently and did not take care of our misting system. We called Mosquito Joe and just speaking with Kelly i knew the company was different. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Kelly and Nan came out today and checked my system out and made sure it was functioning perfectly. I was very impressed with both gentlemen.
