Very thorough, practical and our best interest were always the main focus. Our project was not an easy one, as it did not encompass the whole patio. After much discussion and debate, we decided with MC. The planning and design was a great success with Matt. Couple emails. Couple calls. A zoom meeting. All equaled perfect fit. The product is quality and built robust. The customization supplies worked on cinching and tightening and securing the screens well. The overall rating I give the whole process is 5*. Outstanding value and customer support. Solid design, simple installation, and sturdy construction are hallmarks of our "mosquito" curtain setup. They work really well to subdue glare from nearby white vinyl fencing and, most importantly, keep the local fly population from taking up residence within our patio. Dan has been just great helping with installation questions along the course of the process and it was good knowing he was just an email or a phone call away. I am thrilled with the curtains on my pergola, and the people at Mosquito Curtains were so helpful along the way. I put in the basic measurements and then worked with one of their designers (at no charge) on some of my questions about my particular installation. The installation videos were clear and covered pretty much all I needed to know, and their materials were very well designed. The installation was a very good experience and the curtains work great!
The entire process was far better than what we receive from any other on- line company. Important to us- prompt communication when we had questions- responding to a person with first hand experience with the product- steered us in the right direction. Easy to understand instructions with real time videos was key to getting the measurements right and an easy installation for 2 people.
