This is my 3rd season using Mosquito Authority. Never had any complaints far as the services. The reason why I'm giving the 5 star rating is they have a guarantee you won't get bitten by mosquitos or they're redo it if they're able to or offer a refund for that treatment if they can't. On two occassions I notified the company that my family was getting bit in the back yard by mosquitos after treatments.
