He came out to check on a concern I had, and instead of trying to upsell me or push unnecessary services, he was honest and told me it was a super minor issue that I could fix on my own. I really appreciate that kind of integrity—he could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation, but he didn’t. You don’t see that kind of honesty every day.
