Poor service. I have enquired online through their website site twice now and have never heard back from them.
Syed Hossain (sales) and Xue Cao (finance) at Toyota Mosman were by far the most attentive team out of the five dealerships we visited. They went above and beyond to help us close the deal on the same day — and on a Sunday! Just two days later, we had our dream car at home. We are truly grateful for their warm and friendly service from start to finish, their hospitality, quick responses, and for answering all our questions. We will definitely be back for our next purchase!
