For starters, looking at the amount of 1 star poor reviews does not surprise me. My experience with Toyota Mosman was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect from a dealership representing the Toyota brand. Throughout my dealings with the dealership, communication was poor, follow-up was inconsistent, and there appeared to be very little regard for customer satisfaction.
