The experience was terrible. The salesperson (Ram*h) told me before I paid the deposit that if I didn't like it, they would give me a refund. However, they took my money and led me to sign a contract, and ultimately did not give me a refund based on the contract. And when I went to check on the car, as soon as I started the car, the engine fault code popped up.
Casually walked by and saw a car that I liked. The appearance and condition of the car, combined with the exceptional customer service I was provided from Ramesh and Ramina, made me buy it on the spot. No hassle, got my finance application approved in less than 24 hours, with a super competitive rate and terms, and everything with a smile! Now, a very happy car owner, and I can't recommend this business more!!!

Staff are rude and condescending towards customers.
Poor service. I have enquired online through their website site twice now and have never heard back from them.
