We visited Mosman Toyota and had a poor experience from sales through to sales management over a period of two weeks. Originally we had booked a time to view and drive a car only to find it was not available. There were further issues with poor communication however Lenka was a very helpful exception. We suggest Pennant Hills Toyota for a far superior experience.
I bought my car here 2 years ago and been bringing it for service since then. This time they did it all wrong. They dis not stamp the owner’s manual and they did not reset the system so I got service alert 2 months later. I went back, they said they reset the system. When I literally got back at my garage, I got a new light for oil. Unbelievable.
