Came in and spoke with a sales rep by the name of Tom. He was quite unpleasant to deal with which was a shame as we came in specifically for a car we had narrowed down to online. Tom was arrogant, constantly spoke over us and spoke down to us.
Great all-around service from Mosman BMW, especially from Blake from Sales and Alan in Finance. They were very accommodating and courteous and walked me through the whole process to purchase and finance our 2019 BMW X3, and worked to get me the best deal possible in terms of finance options. They even watched my kids while my wife and I went for a test drive before we made the purchase. Great service from a very professional team. Would 100% recommend to others.
