After 30yrs with Volvo I decided to switch to BMW for the additional power and towing capacity. I live in rural NSW so most of my research is done online. I found an X5 with the optioned tow pack I was looking for at Mosman BMW. I called them and spoke to Levon. Well the process of trading and upgrading to the X5 was seamless. Levon knows his products and is courteous and not pushy. Produced a great video of the car for me too. One of the best car dealers in Sydney. When it's time to upgrade again I'll be back.
