Ribs nearly melted off the rack and some of the best collard greens I have ever had.
The selection of the menu is fabulous. The ribs were really good, you can taste that the ribs weren't rushed when cooking and you can see the nice pink ring of deliciousness. My only suggestion is not wetting the ribs for your customers because there are a some really good sauces to choose from and some customers might think you overly sauce the ribs for them.
Ravan made our experience incredible! She was personable and gave us world class customer service. High five to Ravan! ✋
