I love brisket. ...but this was disappointing. it was the worst brisket I've ever had, tough and 1/3 fat.

Absolutely fantastic. The meat is so tender and flavorful on its own. Add the sauces and even greater flavor without hiding the awesome smoked pork flavor. Highly recommended!! Went Friday 7/24/15. No need to wait for the new place to settle in!!!
Lunch was amazing. The beans and collard greens were excellent. I can't wait to try the ribs next time. Also excellent service.
