His staff at the front desk is the absolute worst. They are rude and disrespectful. Not suitable for this line of work. It is very frustrating to have to deal with unprofessional people that lack basic communication skills and empathy and he should change his team.
He is very friendly and caring towards his patients.
From his reception team to Dr. Moskovitz, you truly get the best treatment. I feel very fortunate to have a doctor who is so knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner and a really great admin team.
