Everyone we know recommends their architect but not their contractor. Not us! The entire Mosier crew was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We added a second story to our 1970s home while also completely remodeling the existing first story. The Mosiers built a beautiful home for us! Through COVID and the many hiccups that come with building, big projects, and regulatory red tape, they have been there for us at every step of the way. This is the first (and hopefully only) experience we have building, so we don't reallyhave great reference points, but we have heard many horror stories.....and we were very grateful to have the Mosiers be our partners in this process. If we were to do it again, we would do it with them.

Working with the Mosier’s has been a really great experience from the very start. While one doesn’t often hear this adjective when describing a builder, the first word that comes to our mind when describing the Mosier’s is honorable. There’s always pain points when doing a total renovation of your home and we had mentally prepared ourselves for a process full of complications but were thrilled when that wasn’t our experience.
