I previously made an initial appointment with Young and had to cancel it. When I called back to reschedule it I informed Young that I wanted a different color than what I wanted. Young immediately commented back "I don't think you would like that color" I informed Young that I have had multiple different colors in my hair over the years and with all due respect that wasn't her place to speak on my choice and so I called another local Salon in Greenville and got my hair done exactly as I wanted! Young is the new owner 3 yrs now since previous owner manager sold out post covid, was poorly managed and high turnaround. The new Mosaics owner manager is the real deal, professional, knowledgeable, personable and kind. I've not found customer service as top knotch as what she gives. Thank u Young! This is my first time @ Mosaic Salon with Young( owner) she was Amazing she gave her honest opinion but let you chose as a client but she is creative and her artwork is beyond exceptional. Great conversation. This will be my salon for good. Found my right match. Also I have curly hair but she styled straight looks Gorgeous. Feeling like a Queen. Thank you Young.
