Avoid this guy and this firm. Really bad! Navid's poor judgment got me sanctioned 4000 in bringing the very first brief he filed for me. The court issued a OSC to sanction him as well. Obviously this is my opinion. The biggest problem is that this guy can't communicate well with his clients and he refuses to do any of the brief writing or law and motion work himself and just does trial presentations.
