My elderly parents live in Monroe. They had an electrical problem that was beyond my skills. I called and they had to put me on a wait list until someone was free to check it out. In looking at the problem further I was worried that it was a greater fire risk than I first thought. I called back and explained the problem and fear and they were at their house within hours! Great customer service and quick. In and out in 2 hours with problem fixed!

They were fast, professional, efficient, clear, affordable, and answered my call at 7:30 in the morning. It is hard to find companies that respond so quickly. I was very pleased with everything that they did. They explained everything gave me a timeline in how long the final repair would take. They were able to temporarily fix the problem until the weather was good enough to make the final fix. Since I am out of town I could not have asked for better service and support. Terrific job!
