Dr. Szlechter has been treating my family for over 15 years. He is excellent specialist he was able to address my mothers diabetic complications of the eye as well as her cataracts and glaucoma.
Dr. Szlechter asks questions to really get to the bottom of an issue. He is both caring and thoughtful. He explains his thoughts and his reasoning. I wish all doctors were as thorough, compassionate and thoughtful as him.
After seeking two separate opinions from two optometrists, I was informed that nothing could be done about a very large floater in my right eye that was most intrusive and severely inhibited my ability to see from that eye. I then sort out a third opinion and found Dr. Moshe Szlechter who conducted a very comprehensive examination. Dr. Szlechter is a very patient, attentive, and caring doctor. The office is great, and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Szlechter identified a retina issue that went unnoticed by other doctors, and moved quickly to address it. I needed a laszer procedure, and I'm famously anxious when it comes to medical procedures. Dr. Szlechter did a good job walking me through everything that was happening, and even stopped to give me a break before coming back to finish.
