Terrible communication thru out. No one seems to care about helping your medical needs. I’ve been going there for years and am changing.
Dr. Tomacruz as my father's primary care physician (PCP) saw him after he suffered sudden hearing loss in his good hearing ear and has chronic hearing loss in the other ear. I (as his son) had to take him due to safety issues with loss of hearing. Dr. Tomacruz saw much wax buildup in both ears and suggested ear irrigation to remove wax.A nurse did this procedure, but it was painful and little wax was removed. HIS MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ALL HEALTH ISSUES I MAY HAVE IS EXCELLENT.
Dr. Tomacruz listens to all my concerns and collaborates with me on treatment plans for conditions that come up. He is patient and addresses all my issues. You can tell he really cares. He is amazing!!!

He really cares about his patient. He is very detailed when discussing results of any test and shows genuine concern. He listens to you and he always ask how my family is going.
