To high of prices for homes that are poorly managed and terrible maintenance worker I guess loves destroying other people's yard and drive on private property to back up in certain areas. Along with being rude to other home owner in the area and I really think they need to reevaluate how they treat others and how to properly drive their vehicles and learn real customer service. Great guy to work with.
We rented from Earl Moses for about 4 years. Earl is very kind, professional and works with you if you need time to pay deposit or even rent! Now, you tell me who else in Great Bend who will even think of doing that?? Maintenance is very quick and do an awesome job! Never had to wait!! He did anything to please us! He's FAR from a "sum lord" ! I'd recommend him to anyone! Awesome man!! Thank you Earl for always there for us!!! 10 Stars for him!! D. Whetstone
