I went to Moses Nissan today and was greeted by Drake Hicks. We were looking at the Nissan Frontier Pro 4X. He was very knowledgeable and helped my buy the Frontier Pro 4X. The process was smooth and Drake kept me up to date on every step. Great guy to work with if you are looking to buy a new Nissan.
I’ve had my ‘23 Rogue since February of 2024. Brand new. But that was the highlight of my ownership. Everything has been a problem with it. Now the engine bearings have a recall on them causing in most cases engine replacements. But then 2 weeks ago it broke down, 27-28,000 miles on it. Complete loss of power, warning lights everywhere. So I have it towed in via nissan roadside assist. Then 2 weeks later after paying for a rental it’s diagnosed with issues covered by warranty. Drake Hicks was great. He was friendly and helpful. The manager who did the financing, Lee Smells, was pushy and misleading. I recommend that if you visit Moses Nissan for a car purchase that you avoid any dealings with him.
